Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, with no commitment and no fees. You cancel online from your settings (Subscription and billing), where you can also change plans. Access stays active until the end of the period already paid.

What happens when I reach my quota?

New files are refused until your monthly quota renews, and nothing extra is charged. Meeting notes already produced remain accessible. To continue right away, switch to the higher plan: the refused file is picked up after payment.

Mission or subscription: which one?

The Mission (€12, one-time payment) unlocks a single set of meeting notes: PDF, Word and TXT export, full version and follow-up email. It is bought from those meeting notes, with a free account. For regular use, Starter (€9 per month) costs less.

Will I get an invoice? What about VAT?

Yes: each subscription payment comes with an invoice, which you can download from your settings (Subscription and billing). VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code: the price shown is the price paid, with no VAT added.

What happens to my audio files?

They are processed in the European Union, in line with the GDPR, and the audio file is deleted automatically after transcription. Your files are not used to train AI models.

Monthly or yearly?

Yearly costs up to 22% less: Starter €84 per year instead of €9 per month, Pro €240 per year instead of €24 per month. Either way, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

How does payment work?

By card, through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our side.
